I am an active, engaged agent who believes in lifelong learning and getting better every year. During the COVID years I used this as an opportunity to obtain my Retirement Income Certified Professional Designation ( RICP). Very early in my career I earned by CLU(Chartered Life Underwriter) designation and in 1989 followed up with my Chartered Financial Designation. All of this was after graduating from Augustana College with majors in business and political science.

As an agent I am concerned that my policyholders have the proper coverage when they need it. Over the years, it has become clear that many people don't appreciate the importance of getting the right coverage before the claim happens. Don't let this happen to you.
